Usage :
Any means to minimise or avoid Physical monitoring/proctoring has been a major challenge, since logistics & resources required make it very expensive and limiting process. While so much of work of learning is done through the computer. The question has been how to get full advantage of the internet technology for man-less proctoring.
If this could be done mass scale fast screening for recruitments , actual and trial tests , tutorial sessions, computer assisted classroom participation, assignments and examinations and practice sessions conducted by coaching institutes , schools & colleges , open universities will become an almost priceless exercise and make learning an exercise of high quality output . Location of the examinee and time of testing will also become irrelevant. This has been long awaited.
CyberProctor has made all individual (self ) dependent cheating methods ineffective.

Process:
Upon getting message from the Testing Organisation (TO), the examinee will log-on to the test-website of the TO, complete his registration, and download the CyberProctor software from TOs server. Once the download is over, the examinee will go to the specified test-location in TO’s website and start undertaking the particular exam paper which has been allocated for his test. The test will not start if CyberProctor is not used. After completing the test the screen will sign to un-install cyberproctor to restore original setting of the computer.
Unique features:
The CyberProctor will cause following phenomena to monitor and restrict every possible means of cheating by enabling following tasks :
Random Screen Shots through out the test (saved and sent by email to TO’s sever)
IP Tracking (monitors country/location throughout the test)
Video Recording of examinee and his immediate surroundings through user’s
computer camera (saved and sent by email to TO’s sever).
This can be matched with the photo-identity submitted by the examinee while the TO
may also check from the recording if any other person was near the candidate
interacting with the screen material.
